During the Covid-19 pandemic, we are taking extra precautions to ensure a safe and clean environment for our patients, their families as well as our staff. We have put strategies in place including implementing policies and protocols to ensure time for proper cleaning in between patients. Our team has enough personal protective equipment on hand and are specially trained to offer you safe, effective care with all Covid-19 precautions in place.
We try to limit your exposure in the office as much as possible. We have a contactless check-in process where patient's will check in via their patient portal and will complete any necessary intake forms before their appointment.
When you come into the office, we ask that you remember to follow Covid-19 practices by wearing a mask, social distancing of 6 feet apart from others, maintaining a safe distance away from the receptionist window, use hand sanitizers from one of our convenient dispensers and wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds when you can. The staff is doing everything they can to keep you safe, so please keep us safe as well.
Do not put off seeing your primary care provider for your medical needs. Even if you are staying home and do not have symptoms of Covid-19, you should not neglect any medical issues that you may have.
Remember, if you are facing a critical emergency situation, please call 911. The teams at the emergency department in the hospitals are trained and prepared to provide you with safe emergency care at all times despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
